2022 FEG Guidelines:

• FEG Creation Agreement needs to be signed prior to submitting your FEG proposal for community consideration. (Contact NTXB LLC)
• FEG proposal must include budget for materials, LLC will contact owner of democratically selected proposal & start an open dialogue.
• If/when your FEG proposal is selected a date will be set for you to receive a prepaid debit card to be used for all material purchases.
• We ask that you keep all of your receipts & track of your expenses for later review.
• Food/Beverages will need to be provided by the META team volunteers & will be reimbursed afterwards, please keep your receipts & be reasonable with your purchases (pizza/tea/soda/etc).
• FEG must only use untreated & burnable lumber & materials.
• For any services you will need to fully realize your design, use peer-production methods.
• You have $6000 to work within, to include materials & various other incurred expenses.
• Please look to the community for build site & manage build days internally (within META team. Contact LLC for warehouse usage.)
• FEG must break down into manageable sizes to fit inside (2) Penske 26’ box trucks that will be driven to the land by 2 licensed LLC members.
• Need contingency plan for FEG in case of burn ban/inclement weather, this includes on & off property storage, transportation will be provided.
• LLC & Landowner requests you be considerate when it comes to the dimensions of the FEG.
• FEG shouldn’t exceed the following dimensions: 20’Hx20’Wx20’D (20’ cube, essentially).
• FEG will be considered NTXB Community Property, all rights reserved.
• Timeline for transportation to be determined.
• FEG deadline is June 10, 2022
