NTXB Code of Conduct
NTXB wishes all participants to be able to experiment in community, create art, and interact with one another with few rules or restraints. However, certain conduct or behaviors serve only to harm other participants or the event itself and cannot be tolerated. NTXB believes:
The following violations will result in eviction from the event:
Violations that may result in eviction and are at the LLC’s discretion:
Violations of any of these codes of conduct can result in eviction from the event or banning from one or more future NTXB events. Nothing herein is intended to or shall waive the right of NTXB, LLC to ban or restrict access by an individual or entity as it may determine, in its sole discretion, is warranted.
NTXB complies with all local, state and federal laws and expects the same from its participants.
You can file a complaint of a suspected violation of these codes of conduct by emailing the LLC here.
- At all events organized by NTXB, participants are responsible for their own behavior and resolving their own issues.
- NTXB will not condone any behavior that may endanger its ability to hold Myschievia or any related community events.
- Participants may report any incident in which another participant is behaving in an abusive, intimidating, threatening or unsafe manner to a Ranger or anyone with a radio, or by emailing LLC here.
- Physical hazards, such as unsafe art installations or fires, should be reported to Rangers or anyone with a radio immediately.
- Children under the age of 18 may attend Myschievia and affiliated events only if accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian.
- All events organized by NTXB must comply with the principle of Consent. Consent regarding another person’s body or property is reached when someone agrees, gives permission, or says “yes” to an activity or touching with other persons. Participants must feel free to say “yes” or “no” and feel free to stop the activity at any time. That also means that cajoling, pleading, persuading, taunting, or any form of emotional blackmail after a “no” is unacceptable.
The following violations will result in eviction from the event:
- Consent violations of an aggressive or sexual nature. This includes any kind of physical contact with the body of another without their express consent.
- Stalking or harassment. This includes continuing to follow or engage with someone after they have asked you to stop. Verbal assaults, especially of a continued aggressive and/or sexual nature and hate speech also constitute harassment and will not be tolerated.
- Endangering others. This includes anything that will put others in serious danger. Do not bring items to an NTXB event that could endanger others, which includes but not limited to firearms, explosives, fireworks, unsafe fire art. Endangering others also includes non-consensual intoxication.
- Not having a ticket or wearing a wristband for the duration of the event. All participants, volunteers, Leads, LLC, and Batcave members gain entry by purchasing a ticket. Any other entry will be considered trespassing.
- Destruction, using, or taking of property without the express permission of the owner of said property. If you inadvertently damage another’s property, that is a matter to be resolved between you and the owner of that property.
- Minors (under the age of 18) that are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Failure to ensure proper adult supervision or allowing a minor for whom you are responsible to violate any of the stated rules and regulations.
Violations that may result in eviction and are at the LLC’s discretion:
- Failure to respect boundaries that are not of an aggressive or sexual nature.
- Photographing or videoing another participant without their consent.
- Unsafe Driving, to include art cars, or failure to comply with DMV regulations.
- Disrespect of the land, such as digging, felling trees or limbs etc. without permission.
- Failure to comply with NTXB policies, to include Sound, Laser, Fire, and Service Animal policies.
- Vending or commerce of any kind
- Possession by or serving alcohol to someone under the age of 21.
- Effigy, Temple, or other Burn Perimeter violations.

NTXB 2021 Covid-19 and Infectious Disease Policy
At the recommendations of the CDC, WHO, and all state and local laws, and upon the advice of our community Epidemiologist, the NTXB, LLC has developed the following protocols to protect our community and events during these unprecedented pandemic times.
We will be requiring all participants at any of our officially sponsored events to provide proof of vaccination in advance of purchasing tickets and/or attendance of said events until such time as the CDC recommendations regarding large events change. You will be required to upload a digital copy of your proof of vaccination for verification in advance of purchasing tickets. You must be fully vaccinated, which means all required doses of your vaccine have been completed at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the event. You may also be requested to show proof of full vaccination upon entering an event. Submitting falsified documents will result in a lifelong ban from any NTXB sponsored events.
In addition to requiring full vaccination prior to admittance, we will also be conducting health screenings and temperature checks upon arrival. If you are feeling ill, we recommend you stay home. Anyone that presents symptoms, including a fever over 100 degrees, will not be allowed admittance. If NTXB, LLC are notified of your absence due to COVID related symptoms 24 hours in advance of the start of the event, ticket refunds may be considered. If any individual is turned away at the gate due to lack of proof of vaccination or presenting COVID-19 symptoms, that individual and any other individuals in a vehicle with them will be turned away and not allowed admittance to the event for the duration of the event without refund. It is highly recommended that all participants take a rapid COVID test within 72 hours prior to arrival at the gate.
If an individual begins to feel ill after admittance to an event, or displays symptoms of COVID-19, including fever over 100 degrees, we will have rapid PCR COVID tests available in our medical station. If an individual tests positive for COVID during an event, they will be asked to leave the event. We will also perform contact tracing of their immediate contacts, such as car or tent mates, and offer COVID testing to them.
NTXB will also provide hand sanitizer available at volunteer stations and extra handwashing stations throughout the event. We encourage good hygiene practices to prevent the spread of illness. We will also be providing masks and requiring all volunteers to wear masks while on shift at a volunteer station. The CDC recommends masks in enclosed spaces at this time and theme camps may require mask use via a sign at their entry. Theme camps may notify Rangers for assistance as necessary. Please use social distancing throughout the event when possible. We will be providing special wristbands upon request for those individuals who would prefer social distancing and masks be utilized around them as well. Repeated refusal to comply with masking or social distancing requests may result in eviction from the event.
