What is a theme camp?
Theme camps are the interactive core of any burn. An ideal theme camp should create a visually stimulating presence and provide a communal space or other opportunity for interaction. Creating and maintaining a theme camp takes commitment and hard work. Here's a list of suggested criteria to follow:
- Camps should be visually stimulating, have an inviting design.
- Camps should be interactive. They should include activities, events or services within their camps and available to the entire Myschievia community.
- Camps should be neighborly. This includes keeping sound within set limits, controlling where camp generators vent exhaust, and easily resolving any boundary disputes that arise.
- Camps should have a good MOOP process. A camp Earth Guardian should be designated to police your theme camp grounds for any matter out of place.
- Camps must follow safety protocols, including traffic management on the streets, proper handling of fuels, and any other areas defined by Myschievia.
Theme Camp Registration
Please take your time and consider all aspects of your camp when registering. For best placement results, be as descriptive as possible. It may be best to meet with your camp mates first, take a full inventory of what you'll be bringing, and then fill out the details of the form.
