About NTXB
NTXB stands for North Texas Burners. We're a community of artists and eccentrics representing Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, and surrounding locations. The majority of our members have attended or been inspired by Burning Man and decided that Texas was big enough to throw our own event closer to home. So we formed an LLC, found a willing host, and launched Myschievia 1, "Trial by Fire" in 2005. And y'all must have liked it, because we haven't stopped since!
The NTXB community is not just about Myschievia. We are also a social group that will come together for bike rides, parades, fundraisers, parties, art projects, and community education. We are open to people of all walks of life who are willing to offer respect and have an understanding of self-expression outside of the norm. If you bring an open mind, we'll bring the weird.

What does the LLC do?
The LLC handles all of the business affairs and operations of NTXB, such as managing money, acquiring and disposition of assets, selection and dismissal of volunteers and contractors, and all matters dealing with liability. We make sure the fun can happen legally and sustainably!
