Tribal Cites Updates

• Basic volunteer functionality as of now
• On track for leads to be in on 7/1 and sign ups to go live 7/15
• Would be good to use last years shifts as a template and make changes as needed
• Want: A way to indicate that a shift needs a radio. Maybe something as simple as “Site Ops Shift Lead - Radio”. Greeters and Parking specifically
• Can we make sure that shirt size is in tribal cities?
• Plan B: Google Spreadsheet from previous years
  
  • What date is our absolute cutoff (7/15) which means the sheet needs to go up 7/22
    

Town Halls

• Do we want to stay at DEACo? Maybe alternate?
• Look at alternate options in Denton and switch off
  

21+ Wristbands

• We will have these this year
• Color differential between 21+, 18+, and -18? 
  

Radio Etiquette

• Is there an existing document? Snapshot has put together a cheat sheet. Can post this at echelon, standalone home radio, make smaller versions to post elsewhere and add to survival guide
• We used to have canned radios for parking, gate, and greeters - do we still have them
• All leads should go through radio training. Radio for hippies 101?

Tiered Swag and General Vol Incentives

• This year: Mys patch, Year patch, CAMPS patches (which dept did you vol with)
• If you sign up as a volunteer before this date you get the super special edition community designed shirt [Community art design contest]
• How many volunteers do we need? Dependent on shifts that leads put in/tickets sold. We can only sell so many tickets based on how many volunteers we have.
• Each department lead can put their specific patches in their own budget, while the general (Myschievia 2026) patch goes to everyone
• Special shirts/hoodies, etc that go just to volunteers that sign up by x date (and any preburn volunteers, batcave, llc etc)
• What is the cutoff for “early volunteer” signups? Need LLC input

Bass levels

• We will put a decibel reader out near the karens house so we can make sure we are compliant
• Bring this to City Placement, Sound Marshall, MAPs team

• Site ops storage and fire storage can be in sun
• VHQ has 2 10x10 would like to switch to a 10x20
• VHQ and echelon need to be together
• Every peopled dept should have shade

New Batcave Mission Statement
Our mission is to sustain the Myschievia community through ethical leadership, transparent communication, and responsible resource management. We empower volunteers, protect participants, and nurture the creative and inclusive culture that defines our event.

Outlining the budget process (need LLC)

• Leads go to inventory
• Make a list of their needs
• Put into google form from LLC
• LLC decides
• Batcave gets their own budget for shirts, general myshchievia patches

Volunteer Admin

• Shift Lead Checklist for each dept so that shift leads know what is expected of them
• Emails should also go out to anyone that signs up for a shift lead that confirms that the participant understands the responsibilities of the shift lead
• Vol ass Squad - to be used as runners for anyone that doesnt show up to their vol shift - Going to be added as shifts this year
• If you are checking into an overnight shift you check in with your shift lead vs at vol hq
• Have Vol HQ lead communicate w Khaki to make sure they can manage vol hq during asleep hours
• Is KamKam having someone available to let people out exodus?
• For trained medical and safety vols - (people with certs) - discounted tickets? Maybe for next year? Bring up for community discussion

ACTION ITEM REVIEW

• Collateral to get with leads to determine what should be on a pre-shift shift-lead checklist
• Guapo and Enabler to arrange a meeting with Safety and City to make sure we are being considerate of where Karen's house is and to go over ideas for HQ placement
• Snapshot to send collateral the visualization of hq
• Confirm Safety extravaganza is 9/11 on LlamaLand
