CITY: Send safety the 2022 safety map for Safety Extravaganza

Updates:
LLC

• UTVs/city generator slated to arrive EE; Wed., Oct 4 afternoon. City Batcave will document Liability before they are released to the Leads.
  
• Context, Dawn, Kari & Samuel will be on-site Wednesday. Dawn will be Actual Wed into Thurs.
  
• Art Grant Round 1 is as caught up as known & communicated with Sparrow for placement.
  
• All budget items have been placed, sans tubs (need to check) & possibly consumables for Sanct. Tshirts delivered to land and stored in on-site facility.
  
• Wristbands ordered, delivering to Kari for Gate
  
• 1 - 10x10 will need to be replaced; unclear which dept.
  
• Any print materials need to be sent to the googlegroups email
  
• Burn night coordination should be directed to Context's post; no deviations.
  
• Fire gear TBD

City

• City Planning > Going to place theme camp flags on EE. >The map goal is Wednesday
• Land Ops - Land was completed this weekend! Some rain dropped a few more branches but they will be addressed during Early Entry.
• Zoning and Marking - all roads are marked and the new lights have been placed!

Art

• Art Placement -submitted the list to City Planning. Onsite marking is almost done, will place the last ones on the burn circle during EE.
  
• Art Grants - All done and contracts have been signed!
  
• Sound Marshall - need to get shifts covered. Sound policy handout goes to those who have registered as a Sound Camp. Will get the print info to LLC.
  
• FEG - Work in Progress. META has the 1st and 2nd floors complete and a small team stayed behind to keep working this weekend.
  
• Temple - Done!
  
• Pyro - No fireworks, but will have a few surprises. No Pyro Perimeter will be needed this year.

Media

• All GOOD!

Participants

• Vol Coor: 50% full! Try to get your Thursday shifts filled if possible. EE - If you need it, you must submit by EOD today!
  
• Events - The print Deadline is past but the digital is still open. 120 events have been registered so far!
  
• Greeter and Parking - All good and will be arriving Thursday morning to set up their departments. Earth Guardians - All good. May not be on-site during the event but has a backup plan.

Safety

• Rangers -will have two Asses on site, still filling holes, but looking good.
  
• MEAT - will have two Asses on site, still filling holes, but also looking good.
  
• Sanctuary - Another Zoom training will happen before the burn, trying to fill holes.
  
• Fire - shifts are looking good, and have plans for whatever could be needed from fire safety. There will be onsite training, Saturday at noon. Please add to Shift sign-up.
  

Discussion Topics:
Burn Ban stuff! Go/No Go? What is allowed?
Go /No Go date was 9/23. We are a GO for burning the structures. NO open fires this year. Grills, Stoves, and other contained fire are okay, but no campfires, fire spinning, or fire art.

Renegade Art: Request to make the length of road rash and longleaf an unofficial “renegade art” placement. Welcome the community to place unregistered art in this area.

ART to figure out MOOP Plan.

Creation of Art and Theme Camps directory.
2017/2018 when we had the GIS mapping. It had the logo, slogan, and description. Theme Camp Coordinator will get the list to MEDIA they will assist in getting it together and on the web.

Action Items
City Planning to get with Media to create a Theme Camp Directory definitely digital, but maybe physical.
