Tribal Cites Updates
Current plan:

• Getting volunteer sign-ups and certifications solid and stable and doing some database structure clean-up for CAMPS/leads hierarchy
• Volunteer check-in system
• Ranger logs

In order to work on the Volunteer check-in system, we need a process to go off of. Questions that need answers:

• Who is checking people in and what is the escalation path for check-ins if that person is unavailable? 
• Who is the final arbiter of whether or not someone actually worked a shift? 
• How are we tracking time on shift for ticket discounts (length of shift vs actual time on shift)? 
• If actual time on shift, are we rounding to the nearest 15 minutes, half hour, using exact time, etc.?
