Discuss a permanent lead/AF position just for organizing Safety Extravaganza

• Just a ton of work for an AF that already has a ton on their plate
• Safety Extravaganza Coordinator?

Discuss volunteer shift check-in process (tracking shifts for VIP tickets/discounts)

• Will need LLC input on this
• Must be present for full shift, must check in/out at VHQ
• Want to avoid leads having to go through and double check volunteer statuses
• Create a Vol HQ log in that everyone uses to sign in volunteers
• Can put after hours logins with Echelon, then falls to Duty Chief 
• Need a way to adjust time for check ins/outs - will double check with Raptor
• Beta testing with work weekends/build weekends

Discuss reinstating BC applicant experience needs

• Previously, Batcave AFs were required to have 3 Myschievias, 1 leadership/ass leadership role, and be in good standing with the org
• Extenuating circumstances apply, obvs
• Make it “preferred experience”
• Viv to create Batcave Preferred Experience List and will discuss next meeting

CITY

• Work weekend #1 is this weekend
• Signage duties are being moved from zone guide to Exo this year

ART

• META - lumber has been delivered and blueprints are mostly done
• build weekend #1 is next weekend

MEDIA

• Nips wrapping things up and will have SG ready for LLC review next week

PARTICIPANTS

• Ice - taking goal attendance numbers and basing needs off that
• Parking requested lights - putting in budget request
• Volunteer badges - putting in budget request
• Tribal Cities - 98 accounts, 7% shift fulfillment - Snookums to continue with front line support until things are up and running 100%, then will transfer to Tech Lead

• Tribal Cities roll out has gone really smoothly and participants seem to like it

• Portos rented
• Carts (11) - want to meet with Savage in person to verify ID - will be handled
• Generator - still to be ordered
• Radios - Savage taking point on this

• Viv to create Batcave Preferred Experience List and will discuss next meeting
• Miera to get hard guidelines from LLC next meeting for volunteer check ins
• Snookums to discuss shift check in/check out process ideas with Raptor (testing deadline Sept 19, Sept 25 as cutoff for release)
