City Planning:

• went out and did drone, lidar etc scans - we now have a color coded map of which is safe to put camps on
• Also a bunch of wooded land were not using
• Create a land improvement team
• Talk about and with the land owners to see how far we can carve into that area

Theme Camps:

• 18 theme camps and 20 rvs registered

Land Prep:

• We need confirmation of land prep chores 

Slightly overbudget - can the leads revise the budget

• High priority items have already been purchased

Will events be in tribal cities? Will there be a printout of events af vhq?
