• Making a parking inventory box
• Ice is working on vendor, will be reaching out to llc
• Per llc - please have vendor send invoice or payment portal so llc can pay

Safety (Snapshot/J-Snacks)

• Q: is there an official list of which color shirts each dept is? A: Previously, yes. Not currently. From LLC: safety colors should remain the same. LLC will send a list to Safety of approved safety colors
• Early entry for echelon? Yes!

Community Voice (Snookums) (not present)

City (Guapo/Enabler)

• 9 theme camps and 10 rvs registered
• Zone guides found existing signs, reviewing which can still be used and cannot
• Making banners for each dept to hang up in their structure
• Earth guardian and land prep completed inventory and will be submitting budgets
• Siteops - looking for some kind of structure to set up as a cooling tent

META (viv)

• Temple build at HOYA in garland on 8/9. Will be finishing up cards for effigy and starting on temple construction.

Art (Viv)

• All art reg links are up, not much expected movement until august
• procession/production team is fairly self sustainable, might need a few extra hands, tbd

Media (Viv)

• All things posted (META and Zone, posts websites are updated)
• Call going out to community for shirt designs this week
