Batcave Meeting July 8, 2025
CTO: 8:00 pm
Batcave in Attendance:Snookums,Miera, MamaBear, Hades

AGENDA ITEMS
Grievance Policy and Code of Conduct, 

• Batcave’s role is to provide recommendations to the NTXB LLC. 
  
• The LLC retains sole authority to implement consequences.  
  
• The Batcave members will be indemnified and held harmless for any recommendations made to the LLC.  
  

FAST and Echelon leads 

• interview by Safety AF and LLC will be the night of July 9th from 6:00-7:00 pm

PARTICIPANTS:  1(to be used only through Saturday when parking closes)

• LLC will get information on bids about carts 
  

R’s Art AF/ Art Lead App
- tabled until next meeting

Lead Advocates:
Only one volunteer so far
Further discussion on that has been tabled until the end of August.  

Consequence Tiers

• Tiers approved unanimously
  
• to be passed along to LLC

Unanimous vote on *’s leadership and Safety volunteer roles.
Unanimous vote to ask LLC to look into further considerations.

NEW BUSINESS
Recon weekend 

• 2nd or 3rd of August most likely 
  
• four hours, five tops, to see prime areas and problem areas 
  
• pavilion that we will meet at and discuss any pertinent issues. 
  
• Safety and Land Ops need to be there, but Batcave is also invited. (Leads may be.)
  

Safety extravaganza 

• mid-September
  
• LLC is still verifying specifics and budgetary issues.  
  

META Tools

• META lead is working with LLC on retrieving inventory
  

Burning Man is going to send us facts about their policies for information purposes. Timeframe unknown 

Posting pictures of the land for the community soon-ish
