Tribal Cites Updates
- 99% ready for leads
- Minor tweaks being made
- How do we comm issues? App Chat in Discord. Dont tag raptor - post issue and screenshot
- Process - do we need to rewrite the process docs? Captain was consulted in safety meeting 7/6, he is willing to go back and revise any changes that may have happened between last year and this year. Need those by 7/15
- Go/NoGO Vote this Sunday 7/12 @6pm 
- Reach out to Bun and Goldfish to communicate that this vote is happening
- Needs: departments missing or incorrect, shifts for work weekends, bug report function isn't working, etc.

- Just attended a vol support meeting, to help understand volunteer needs better, and provide better community and leadership support

Safety (Snapshot/J-Snacks)
- Safety meetings 7/6 and 7/13
- Working on budgets hoping for new radios
- CERT group - Pending LLC meeting

Community Voice (Snookums)

Media (Viv)
- Registration pages updates on website
- Theme and rv are open now
- Posting stuff and doing things

City (Guapo/Enabler)
- Enabler setting up meeting with Sound Marshal and City Map lead to account for bass levels
- Signage duties: city placement (road signs); all other signs will be zone guide. AFs - reach out to leads to see what signs they need

Art/META (Viv)
- Necrotic updating forms for art grant apps, placement, and committees. Will be ready to go by 7/15
- Working out when we will have build days and Viv will send comms when decided


**LLC UPDATES**
- Budget forms have gone out - Due July 31st


**COMMUNITY QUESTIONS**
- Trash Panda raised an issue concerning the handling of VIP ticket emails. TribalCities will hopefully solve most of these problems. Make it so is working on volunteer support  in more detail as we move forward. We need to get all ass lead name and email this year!!
- Payull: needs the maps asap so he can build evac map


**ACTION ITEM REVIEW**
- Collateral to get with leads to determine what should be on a pre-shift shift-lead checklist (before inventory)
- Guapo and Enabler to arrange a meeting with Safety and City to make sure we are being considerate of where Karen's house is
