LLC UPDATES
Reviewing budgets

• Over budget currently
• Missing fire, events, greeters, parking

Working on radio vendors

• If the vendor offers to program our radios we will accept the offer, order new radios and have them programmed alongside the other vendors

3 tickets away from GA being sold out

• Need to review volunteer shifts to determine if we release more tickets
• Snookums to export that data and get to llc by  next meeting

A participant submitted a chargeback for “subscription services” - this has significant ramifications and this person is banned until further notice
