-Voted in unanimously.
-ACTION ITEM: Mama Bear to notify

Review leadership applications:
-S H S* - FAST lead: ACTION ITEM: LLC to set up interview
-Y* - Art AF/multiple openings: Will discuss next meeting
-Goldfish Anna - Volunteer coordinator - voted in unanimously ACTION ITEM: Hades to notify
-S*D* - Echelon lead: ACTION ITEM: LLC to set up interview

Open Lead Positions:

• Production - Intern reached out to M*S* and we should have application in this week,
• Media AF
• ​Art Lead
  

Ask your leads who would like to be CAMPS lead advocate on Batcave!
-Basically, a secondary Batcave member for your CAMPS to make sure needs are getting relayed to BC properly and being prioritized efficiently.
-Not a voting role.
-ACTION ITEM: AFs will reach out to leads

Discuss Safety Extravaganza planning
-LLC needs to know budget and dates
-Talking about combining with work weekends?
-$ per person to have it on the land ?
-ACTION ITEM: Guapo to reach out to Arkos to work on Land Prep scheduling

Reviewing and voting on Grievance Policy
-approved unanimously

Discuss/vote on the idea of having a record of votes/bans using the tier list from Hades
-severity tier explained for voting for or against on record
-report of votes for transparency and accountability
-record for future leadership
-Approved 5 with one abstain
-ACTION ITEM: Hades to post tier ideas that line up with Code of Conduct
-Snookums would like to add qualifying factors next meeting

LLAMASLLAMASLLAMAS

• will add not to go near llamas to survival guide and waiver,
• signs along the drive not to go near llamas (Zone Guide Lead to make),
• service animals will be restricted this year for their safety (llamas will stomp to death LEGIT)

NEXT WEEK'S AGENDA:
-Number of cart requests per department
                ACTION ITEM: AFs to bring number to next week’s meeting
-Vote on Echelon and FAST lead and hopefully Production Lead
-List CAMPS advocates
