• Viv reached out twice with no response
  

Summary of inventory day

• Everything inventoried and bar coded
• Organized on numbered shelves by CAMPS
• LLC needs to inventory NTXB tools/infrastructure after retrieving

Additions of Echelon (handing out radios) and Guardian (event perimeter) roles - both under Safety

• Echelon hands out radios, checks in/out equipment
  • will put call out for Echelon Lead and if it doesn’t get filled, then we revert to Rangers this year
  • Ranger lead input: Doesn’t have to be a 24/7 shift thing, day time and burn night
  • Placement: Volunteer HQ, Echelon, Rangers, DMV in HQ lane
    • ACTION ITEM: Viv to post about Echelon Lead
• Guardian volunteers would monitor the perimeter of access points on site (scaffolding? raised tower?)
  • Ranger lead input: worry about filling ranger shifts, but Payola is okay with it
  • Will add Guardian Department next year

Safety Extravaganza

• BC needs to plan
• LLC checking to see if we can have it on new property
• Consider summer temps? Maybe go to September?
• Post in specific Safety groups instead of open Mys groups
• Sign up for guest list with designated number/cut off date
  • ACTION ITEM: MamaBear to lead the planning with extra Batcave assistance
