• Deep Ellum Art Co is secured for 5/16 and 6/13 at 4-6pm in the outdoor area (there are multiple pavilions, and electric is available)
• Collateral Damage will bring screen, laptop, cables and extension cord, as well as fans

Lead selection status (these need to be filled by work weekends at the very latest)

• Earth Guardian (AF: Guapo) - Interview scheduled

Radio Etiquette
Snapshot will create a cheat sheet/dos and dont’s for Radio etiquette/process

LLC UPDATES
Add a few slides for LLC at both town halls
Collateral to get with The Intern prior to events
Tickets: open ticket sales July 1st for genpop
Mid July - potluck gathering of the Leads to review processes and procedures

FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Safety extravaganza - we need to provide LLC with dates Myschievia Principles revision (before survival guide goes out)
Discuss radio etiquette/process training for leads/shift leads
Batcave Mission Statement revision
Discuss becoming an official BMORG regional (pros/cons) (Need to determine yes or no by Mys 26)
Discuss placement of HQs Discuss load out process for Site Ops post burn
Revisit the bass levels in sound policy (travels in the ground to neighbors)

• Discuss general volunteer swag/CV swag (ongoing conversation, revisit post townhall) Tiered swag - come first come hard
• Ex: “if you sign up by xx date, you get the tier 1 volunteer swag, if you sign up by xx date you get tier 2 volunteer swag, etc)
• Goal is to incentivize volunteer sign ups earlier so we have more accurate numbers and can plan more efficiently
