Follow the instructions at the end to submit it to the Art Grant Committee

Form info and Presentations MUST be received no later than midnight, August 5th. No exceptions.
And then you wait with anticipation for the universe to smile upon your project and your presentations to fill the committee with such awe and glee that we can barely control our joy at giving you money.

But seriously, our goal is to have everything reviewed and approved by the committee no later than August 7th.
