If You Received a Transferred Ticket:If someone has transferred a ticket to you, it’s essential that you go into Quicket and update the ticket with your name and information. Blank tickets will not be accepted at the gate, so make sure your details are correct. Without this update, you won’t be able to enter the event.

If You Purchased Multiple Tickets:If you bought two (or more) tickets, don’t forget to add the other person’s name to the second ticket. Each person attending must have a ticket with their name on it, or they won’t be allowed into the event. This applies even if both tickets are under your account--the second person’s name must be attached to their ticket.

Taking these steps now will save you time and frustration on the day of the event, so please don’t wait until the last minute!
