Why is registration important?
Help us help you! Apply for an art grant to get that extra financial boost to bring your project to LlamaLand, then register that project for placement so Myschievians can find it and admire your amazing work! ntxb.org/art-reg Got a Gorgon Golf Cart or a Motorcycle Mimic? Register your mutant vehicle with the DMV so we can make sure the pedestrians stay safe while you cruise around! ntxb.org/dmv-reg If you plan on bringing something other than a tent-like structure to camp in (like an RV, trailer, pop-up, or box truck), make sure you get it registered so we can place your temporary home in an ideal spot for you! ntxb.org/rv-reg Did you get a group of adventurers together to form an alliance this year? Great! Gather the details of your infrastructure and register your theme camp so we can get you the space you need! ntxb.org/theme-camp-reg Sign up for your volunteer shifts early and get an exclusive t-shirt designed by the community!
This year, we're giving all volunteers who sign up for shifts before August 15th a special edition t-shirt. (This includes the leads and ass leads that put in so many hours year round!) Will your design be the art that is seen on volunteers all over the burn? Send your art to batcave @ntxb.org by August 15th and we'll present it to the community to vote on! Submit a design, vote for your favorite, and the winner gets printed on shirts for early volunteers. Send in your design by August 15th and you could be the winner! Sign up for a volunteer shift before August 15th to guarantee you get one! Submit a shirt design: batcave @ ntxb.org Sign up to volunteer: tribalcities.com More info on how to navigate the volunteer portal here. Still need help signing up? Hop in the Myschievia Discord server and post in the app-chat channel. The LlamaLand Tavern Effigy needs your creative juices. Ew... not like that. Want to help with the effigy build but can't make it out to a build weekend? Give us ideas for trading card faces! The cards requirements are:
An example would be a manna card titled "LlamaLand" with an image of a herd of llamas on some grassy land. The attributes would be wide open space to frolic, -5 sun damage, -2 llama poop in your boot tread, +2 spitting bonus. Here's an example of the blank card face and a completed card from a volunteer this past build day: Send your suggestions to the META team here!
Stretch those typing fingers because it's time to fill out some forms and sign up for volunteer shifts. All registration for Myschievia 2026 is now open! ART Have a super sweet art project you want a super sweet sign on site for along with a place marker on the official map? Go register that here! Need some financial help making that art project happen? Read the art grant guidelines here and then apply for an art grant here! Want to help make the decisions to fund those art projects? Apply for the Art Grant Committee here! DMV If you plan on cruising around the burn in an art-ified golf cart, a mutant vehicle, or even an e-bike with rad ground effects, don't forget to register your ride with the Department of Mutant Vehicles. Learn more about the guidelines and what to expect here then go register here! RVs Motor homes, camper-vans, caravans, travel trailers, camper trailers, fifth-wheel trailers, popup campers, teardrop trailers, truck campers, toy haulers, tiny homes, converted box and flatbed trailers... these all count as Recreational Vehicles on site! Go read the info here and then register that bad boy here! THEME CAMPS Gather all the info from your camp mates, take a full inventory of what you'll be bringing, and then review the info here. Once all that's done, register your camp here! VOLUNTEER This burn only happens with your help! Volunteering gets participants out there and interacting with our other Myschievians. It's the best way to give back to our community!
There are a ton of volunteer shifts available before, during, and the day after the burn. BEFORE THE BURN
PERKS OF VOLUNTEERING
Take a moment to review the departments and what they do here. Then log into Tribal Cities and grab your shifts. If you have any trouble signing up, get more info here or hit up the app-chat channel in the Myschivia Discord Server. In the spirit of Nat20, Zone Guides will begin recruiting Zone Guards on July 15!
Every fantasy city worth its salt has town guards posted up! Whether you’re looking for the nearest tavern, bard burlesque, caravan parking, or just trying to get back to your party’s encampment, Zone Guards are helpful NPCs, armed with maps and a dream, waiting to point adventurers in the right direction. The job itself is easy: stay at your post and help direct cars and foot traffic where they need to go. That’s pretty much it. These are 4 hour shifts that are mostly seated (entirely seated works too!) so if you’re looking for a low-impact way to contribute to the community and log some hours for incentive tickets next year, JOIN THE ZONE GUARD! Grab a friend and sign up together. Wear matching outfits. Do not under any circumstances run the “one always lies, one always tells the truth” routine. Zone Guard wants YOU! (Do you want us? Check yes or no ) All levels of tickets are now on sale! Swing by the ticketing page for all the info and the link to purchase. It explains the differences between the ticket types and has the prices and release dates.
Volunteer registration will be live July 15! We're currently testing Tribal Cities and the leads are getting ready to enter shifts for your signing up pleasure. We're even doing extra special, one-of-a-kind swag for volunteers who sign up before a certain date. Stay tuned for those details! Registration for RVs, theme camps, art cars, and on-site events will be coming later this month. Art grant committee sign ups and art grant applications, too! Keep an eye out for those posts on Facebook, Discord, or right here! |
