Almost there!

Greetings Earthlings!

As we’ve stated before, we ran into some ticketing issues that have left many confused. In an effort to maintain transparency, here’s where we currently are:

• We are pulling from our processed charges in the credit card processor, and manually adding the number of tickets purchased into the Brown Paper Tickets site. We are approximately 75% completed on this task. Once the ticket is entered, an email confirmation is sent out. Due to the nature of the how the tickets are being entered, they do say “Free”, but will behave like a regular ticket. You will be able to exchange or transfer the name. Information on how to do so is within the email confirmation.

What’s the hold up?

• we don’t have email addresses to attach to every ticket purchased, and are pulling that information from our database; however, we do not have all that information.
• if we are unable to contact the ticket buyer, we will be willing to mail out ticket confirmations, but we hope this is not necessary

What are we doing about it?

• our effervescent LLC intern, Alexandria, is messaging folks to confirm their contact information so we can update the information

What can you do to help?

• if you received a charge from Brown Paper Tickets, and HAVE NOT received a confirmation at this time, please send an email to NTXB LLC. We will look up what we have in the database and get back to you on an individual basis.
