What is Batcave?

“Batcave” keeps the LLC informed and makes sure everyone has what they need to create a successful event. It is an organizational and advisory board composed of volunteers representing the NTXB community. Batcave is tasked with:

• Selecting and supporting Volunteer Leads (we work for YOU!)
• Serving as a liaison between Leads and LLC
• Providing a system of checks and balances
• Keeping an ear for community response
• Facilitating communication and providing training for Leads
• Organizing and presenting Town Halls
