What is Batcave?
“Batcave” keeps the LLC informed and makes sure everyone has what they need to create a successful event. It is an organizational and advisory board composed of volunteers representing the NTXB community. Batcave is tasked with:
- Selecting and supporting Volunteer Leads (we work for YOU!)
- Serving as a liaison between Leads and LLC
- Providing a system of checks and balances
- Keeping an ear for community response
- Facilitating communication and providing training for Leads
- Organizing and presenting Town Halls
