Batcave functions as an independent board that provides a liaison between the Myschievian Community and the NTXB, LLC. They hold bi-monthly open meetings where any person from the community can bring up any questions, issues, or suggestions. The Facilitators also help the LLC make decisions on policy and help to resolve deadlocks on LLC votes.
