2) Ticket Transfers/Gifts & Gate Info!!

• ALL ticket related questions should go to gate@ntxb.org!!
• ALL participants should bring a copy of their ORDER & VALID ID to the
gate.

TICKET TRANSFER (SOLD/GIFTED)

Quick process; if this process cannot be followed please explain your
situation at gate:
Please forward the original ticket receipt email from the original email
address where the receipt was printed to gate@ntxb.org.
At the top of the email, above what you forward, include the following
information (one email per ORDER, please, if you had more than one ticket
order):

A) The number of total tickets being transferred
B) For each ticket being transferred, please include the Old and New
Participant name (this needs to be the LEGAL NAME of the person that will
appear on the government issued ID they are bringing with them to the gate).
Also include for each New Participant name their email so we can send a
receipt for the New Participant to print out and bring to Gate.
C) IF you are not transferring ALL tickets on that order, list the tickets
that should REMAIN with the original participant name.

FINALLY, if you have a last minute ticket transfer (after 11:59pm on
Tuesday, i.e. anytime Wednesday or after). please follow this process AND
follow the process for a 'guest ticket arriving without purchaser" below.

GUEST TICKETS (tickets purchased without filling in a legal participant
name)

IF you purchased a guest ticket in any form (i.e. the Participant Name is
not identical to the participant's government issued ID) then you have two
options for entry.

Option 1) All guests arrive (or meet) Purchaser at gate. Purchaser's ID must
match the ticket order (purchaser - please be sure to bring a copy of the
order.)

Option 2) IF the purchaser cannot be at the gate when the 'guest
participant' arrives, please send a printout of the ticket order along with
a copy of the purchasers Government issued ID that matches purchaser name.
Include on the copy a signed statement stating 'transfer one guest ticket to
New Participant (NAME)" and state the legal name of the participant. Sign
it, and send it with the participant to the gate.

Got it? Good!!

3) Fire BAD!!

We've covered all the rules regarding fire in previous Firecrackers, but
remember: BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!! Cannot stress this enough. Any fire-related
questions may be directed to more.info@ntxb.org, or you can ask a Ranger.

4) Gate Hours!!

WEDNESDAY 10/5: PRE-approved Early Arrivals only; Contact City Planning to
find out more: city.planning@ntxb.org
THURSDAY 10/6: Noon-Midnight
FRIDAY 10/7: 9am-Midnight
SATURDAY 10/8: 9am-6pm (Effigy 'Burn' Night)
SUNDAY 10/9: Noon-6pm
MONDAY 10/10: All Day Exodus/Clean Up

Arrivals cut off at 6pm Saturday. Departure anytime Sunday and Monday until
5pm, when the gates are closed; those remaining will need to be on approved
lists of infrastructure crew, should that be necessary.
